This site will be redeveloped into a new state of the art retail and leisure destination in the core of town centre’ and civic quarter. In 2018, the Council purchased Crompton Place Shopping Centre to redevelop Bolton Victoria Square.  The £175m scheme offers an abundance of opportunity to re-energise and refresh the town centre and improving connections and pedestrian flow to the surrounding areas.  The development is set to bring revitalisation for the area as well as real long-term benefits for the people of Bolton.
