Hulton Park

Major regeneration plans are in place for the historic estate of Hulton Park. Peel Land and Property want to transform the park into a global ‘mega event’ destination with a view to hosting the Ryder Cup.

The Vision

Wider plans include 1,000 new homes, a luxury hotel and conference centre on the site of the former Hulton Hall, a primary school, health facilities new infrastructure and a new and improved Hulton Trail designed to make it more accessible to local people.

The project involves restoring the estate’s historical features, including the lost lakes woodland and walled gardens. The development proposes to deliver significant social and economic benefits for the local area, Greater Manchester, the North West and on a national scale, in terms of new homes, heritage restoration and principally through golfing legacy arising through hosting one major sporting events.
