Gerry Brough, our Director of Place Development attending UKREiiF and taking part in a panel discussion on Tuesday 17th at 1pm: Breaking The Mould: How Can UK Towns & Cities Innovate When Funding Major Regeneration Projects?

Along with the panel he will be talking about how local authority budgets are stretched and competition for investment is at an all time high. This session brings together a range of high-level voices who are taking new approaches to raising funding for capital development.

Other speakers include:

Gerry will also be on attending the Greater Manchester – Investment Opportunity Facilitation event taking place following the session  between 14:00 – 14:50 in the Tower Gallery.

This event will facilitate introductions between local authorities, active developers, development partners and key players, with the view of aiding investment, development, and regeneration across the UK.
